Cancellation Policy
At Trinity CBT Suffolk, I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice should you need to cancel a scheduled therapy session. This allows me to manage my schedule and offer appointments to other clients who may be waiting. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, I reserve the right to charge the full fee for the session in order to cover costs incurred.
In instances where a client fails to attend a session without providing any notice, the full payment for that missed session will be required before any further sessions can be booked.
Note for insured clients only:
Please be aware that even if you have private medical insurance your policy may not always cover the full cost of your therapy treatment. You are responsible for any fees not covered by your insurer. Please telephone your insurance company to check your excess amount/cover.
Please note that due to non-payment by some insurance covered clients, all insurance clients are now required to pay their excess fee after their initial CBT assessment and before any future sessions can be booked.
Your individual excess amount is to be paid directly to Trinity CBT Suffolk.
Payment details for BACs payment will be given to the client directly.
Please also be aware that any letters or reports requested will be charged at the standard therapy session rate of £85.
Unacceptable Behaviour Policy
Abusive or aggressive language or behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in your treatment contract with Trinity CBT Suffolk, being terminated with immediate effect.
Important Notice For Clients
PLEASE NOTE: If you or a family member are ill, have the flu or a cold, please cancel your appointment and re book when you are feeling better.
