  • Initial Assessment:£90
  • 60-minute Therapy Session:£85

Payment Terms

BACs Transfer is the preferred method of payment for therapy sessions booked. Payment by cash or cheque is not accepted.

Important Payment Requirement:

All BACs payments must be received 24 hours in advance of the appointment or the session will be cancelled.

Note for insured clients only:

Please be aware that even if you have private medical insurance your policy may not always cover the full cost of your therapy treatment. You are responsible for any fees not covered by your insurer. Please telephone your insurance company to check your excess amount/cover.

Please note that due to non-payment by some insurance covered clients, all insurance clients are now required to pay their excess fee after their initial CBT assessment and before any future sessions can be booked.

Your individual excess amount is to be paid directly to Trinity CBT Suffolk.

Payment details for BACs payment will be given to the client directly.

Letters and Reports

Please also be aware that any letters or reports requested will be charged at the standard therapy session rate of £85.
